Compatibility:

• The app is only compatible with Android version 4.1 or higher
• If your device runs on an older Android version, update it by going to Settings > About Device > Software Update

• An internet-accessible plan is recommended for optimal service usage

Service Usage:

• Install the app from Google Play on your mobile or from a computer at https://play.google.com
• Use the same credentials as your PC Customer Area account at https://www.cic-mobile.fr for account access

The application requires the following permissions:

• Send and view SMS (for sending you configuration settings tailored to your device, password recovery, etc.)
• Modify or view SD card contents (used for caching and notifications)
• View phone status and identity (used for network status checks and detecting missing connection settings)
