- Access your operator's full range of options and activate them as needed, such as international roaming for vacations or parental controls for your child's first phone
- View and edit your information directly in the app
- Review all your bills
Stay connected:
- If your phone doesn't have internet access due to configuration issues, let the Customer Area resolve it for you
- Choose to log in once or each time you use the app
- Stay in touch with your operator and receive tailored advice, tips, and information via the app (or disable them if you prefer)
Compatibility:
- The app is only compatible with Android version 4.1 or higher
- If your device runs on an older Android version, update it by going to Settings > About Device > Software Update

- An internet-accessible plan is recommended for optimal service usage
Service Usage:
- Install the app from Google Play on your mobile or from a computer at https://play.google.com
- Use the same credentials as your PC Customer Area account at https://www.cic-mobile.fr for account access

The application requires the following permissions:
- Send and view SMS (for sending you configuration settings tailored to your device, password recovery, etc.)
- Modify or view SD card contents (used for caching and notifications)
- View phone status and identity (used for network status checks and detecting missing connection settings)
